By accessing and using writechips ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

writechips is an AI-powered scriptwriting tool designed to assist creators in writing, formatting, and managing video scripts. We provide both free and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. writechips cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account settings. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all scripts and content you create using writechips. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

AI Generations: Output generated by AI features is provided to you for your use. Due to the nature of machine learning, output may not be unique across users.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. In no event shall writechips be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
